Cracker
Lost: UNKNOWN
Another unknown Lake Erie sailing ship, the 118' scow known as the "Cracker" was named by the divers that located her. Apparently, the only thing they had on the boat to eat was a box of crackers, so this unknown was dubbed the "Cracker" This is a deep dive, 190 feet to the bottom. Her cabin is still intact, an unusual feature for this type of shipwreck. Other feature are the rudder, bilge pump, anchors and figurehead. Expect low 40 degree temperatures, and visibility of 30+ feet. Photos by Tom Wilson
